Miami! Miami!

What do I know about Miami style? If I could recommend a little something-something it would be COLORS! Miami has a great vibrant vibe to it. If you want to feel like that b**** wear florals, neons, and bright colors. Its humid and tropical so anything island themed you should pack, sisters! Throw on that Fuchsia pink blouse with the floral heels (or sandals, if you must) and don't forget the sunglasses!

If I could throw you a Canary Yellow Dress with a wicker hat and snap my fingers you'd be sipping mimosa's on South Beach. A good way to symbolize your outfit here in the beautiful MIA, is to think of all the beautiful tropical plants and flowers. Try a leafy-green or sky blue outfit paired with a bamboo clutch. You would blossom like a flower! You can match your outfit to the beauty of the earth here. You should wear something that is fitted on your favorite part of your body but flows over your other body parts like a pleated skirt or bell bottom pants. An off the shoulder-bandeau with loose flowing sleeves- YASSS girl!

Many of Miami's population comes from Latin and European culture, Particularly Cubans, Haitian's, Nicaraguan's and Dominican's. According to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) 59% of its residents are foreign born. So you can imagine all the different cultural influences on fashion. It is considerably islanders and they brought their awesome cultural style here! If you don't already know, Miami is very humid. So wearing pants is probably the last thing you would do. I mean seriously- the minute you walk outside you feel sticky and almost sweaty. Pack lightweight fabrics and shorts/skirts.
